From your plan, we’ll prepare a quote using the best quality and most affordable materials. We can quote for a completed shell through to the finished product, depending on your needs.

Piece Two

Accept the quote, and after signing a fixed price contract, we’ll start talking timeframes.

Piece Three

You can complete the full working drawings, or we will have someone do that for you, and then we’ll send them off to the local council for building consent.

Piece Four

You select your tradespeople, and we are happy to liaise with them. Want to do it yourself? Talk to us for guidance on the skills required.

Piece Five

We’ll work to your pace. Tell us your building timeframe, whether it’s three months or three years, and we’ll have your materials packaged and delivered to your site.*
* Payment for each package is required prior to delivery.
